Freed covers 100% of health insurance premiums – medical, dental, and vision – for eligible employees and their families. We also pay for each eligible employee’s life insurance, LTD & AD&D. In addition, Freed employees are eligible for Profit Sharing, can participate in a 401(k) and receive Paid Time Off. Participation and eligibility is subject to the terms of the applicable plans.
We recognize that your life changes and your compensation structure can change too. While some employees choose to work as a full-time salaried associate, others choose to work on a project-based basis. Generally, employees may revisit this choice annually.
